And while the technology and culture of real estate have changed dramatically — changes we have continued to embrace, and keep up with — our principles have stayed the same. We work with integrity, honesty and with openness and care. These principles have always been a part of who we are as a business, and they continue to inform who we are as agents today. The excellence in service we deliver as a standard is because of our principles that have remained consistent through change.
And even so, the Luschwitz of today looks very different to the Luschwitz of 50 years ago. We are better. We are more experienced. We do more than sell and lease houses. This is because alongside our core values is a constant drive for improvement. A constant drive to better serve the communities we are a part of, to better reach buyers, to better personalize our service, to more effectively market our properties, and to innovate in how we work with our customers. We started over 50 years ago as a family business on the North Shore — the place we still call home — but today, we are a real estate agency that works with families all across New South Wales.
