There is no doubt Australians love property and having 24/7 access to listings online from across the country (and the world) means its never been easier to check out what’s for sale. A recent realestate.com.au article has tried to capture what drives listing views with unique and luxury properties unsurprisingly topping the list – think grand estates, water-front addresses and one-of-a-kind homes. The story also provided a tool allowing you to search for the most ‘popular’ streets in any suburb based on the number of views per listing over the past 3 years. You can read the article here –

If your street isn’t in the top 10, don’t worry – it may just be that it is so tightly held there hasn’t been enough sales to make the list! Certainly some of the Upper North Shore’s most sought after addresses have very little turnover with families staying put well beyond the average 11 years of ownership.
