Here is our Ku-ring-gai property update for the week ending Monday 5th November. More sales this week, but stock levels still growing and this is likely to continue for at least another week as the last of the year’s auction campaigns start. We are fortunate to have some beautiful, well located, character properties at the moment and they are still getting good numbers to open for inspections. With the higher number of properties on the market getting buyers through a listing is key and that means getting pricing and marketing strategy right.
