Here is our Ku-ring-gai property update for the week ending Monday 29th October. Another week of low clearance rates and a continued build-up of stock. We still had good turnout at open homes on the weekend and negotiated a sale in Pymble during the week so the buyers are still out there, but they now have more choice and tend to be slower to commit. Patience and persistence are key to getting a good sales result.
