Gwen Carpenter has 60 years of experience in real estate. Now in her 80's, Gwen is still powering through her days selling properties all over the North Shore to her many loyal clients and enviable database of past property sales. Gwen has a simple philosophy when it comes to her work: "Give good service and people come back to you". She creates trust and understanding with her clients which has been rewarding. Now nearly 100% of her business comes from either past clients or recommendations. She is now even selling to the grandchildren of past clients. Gwen believes in having the personal touch when it comes to doing business. "Clients come back to me because I keep records of clients, ring them and chat to them." Although Gwen has been highly successful in her career, she is humble about her achievements. Gwen is not taking it easy just yet. She works six days a week, sometimes seven. "I think it's good for you and it keeps you mentally alert."
